Kettering, Ohio · October 17–25, 2026
A parking space is your new hangout place.
The parking lot is open for hanging out. Swing by for lunch, grab a drink after work, play a game or just pull up a chair. Nine days. Everyone's invited.
Look what showed up
Not your usual
parking lot.
We've traded a few parking spaces for places to sit, eat, play and spend time together. There's a ping pong club, a break room, coffee, food trucks and plenty of room to hang out. Stop by on your lunch break or bring somebody back after work. You don't have to work at the Research Park to join us.
Lunch tastes better outside.
Food trucks every weekday from 11 am–2 pm. Pull up a chair and stay a while.
Your new after-work stop.
Find the beer garden, bring a friend and check the lineup for games and events.
No big plans needed.
There's plenty to do even when nothing is scheduled. Bring the family or come solo.
