Throughout the day, BaseCamp will be a place to grab something to eat, meet someone for coffee, work outside, play a game, or simply spend some time outdoors.

Throughout the nine days, additional activities and events will give you plenty of reasons to come back.

Lunch

Step away from the office for food trucks, coffee, outdoor seating, and a different place to spend your lunch break.

Work + Meet

Bring your laptop, meet a coworker, hold an informal meeting, or work outside for a few hours.

After Work

Stick around for food, drinks, music, games, and an easy place to meet up at the end of the day.

Weekends

Bring friends or family for food, activities, recreation, music, and time outside.

New vendors, activities, and events will be added as they are confirmed.

BaseCamp will feature a rotating lineup of local food trucks, coffee, beer, and other food and drink options throughout the activation.

Different vendors will be featured on different days, so check the schedule before your visit or just stop by and see what’s happening.

BaseCamp is for people who work at Miami Valley Research Park and the communities around it.

BaseCamp is open to the public, and everyone is invited to experience the Research Park in a new way.

Parking is available at the site.

Follow BaseCamp signs when you arrive.

Admission

Most BaseCamp activities do not require advance registration. Individual activities that require registration will be noted on the schedule.

Food + Drink

Food, coffee, beer, and other beverages will be available throughout BaseCamp. Vendors and availability will vary by day.

Accessibility

Accessible parking and an accessible route to BaseCamp are available.

Restrooms

Bathrooms will be available onsite.

Weather

BaseCamp is an outdoor experience.

In the event of severe weather or schedule changes, updates will be posted here and on Field Work social channels.

Families

Families are welcome at BaseCamp. Check the schedule for activities that are especially good for kids and families.

Pets

Pets are welcome, but must remain on leash at all times while at BaseCamp.
